How to (actually) use almond flour and leave refined flours behind:
One cup of almond flour equals one cup of wheat flour.
You can easily adapt it for keto and gluten-free bread, cooking, and pastry recipes.
Use it as a substitute for breadcrumbs in cutlets, meatballs, or plant-based burgers, or as a wheat flour replacement in cakes, cookies, or gluten-free bread.
However
If you use it for gluten-free bread, keep in mind that it lacks wheat gluten, so the bread won’t rise, and you’ll need to find an equivalent ingredient for the leavening effect.
