The transportation of items purchased on will be carried out through an external courier company. Delivery times are shown in the following table as normal deadlines, without prejudice to possible variations based on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the shipping area. Likewise, in exceptional circumstances, this period could be altered due to factors external to the carrier or difficulties in delivery.

To prevent incidents in delivery (incorrect addresses, inability to locate a customer at the address, etc.), it is essential to correctly complete the corresponding form, and filling in the contact phone number field is mandatory.

Bioterra’s responsibility is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather phenomena that prevent normal traffic by land, sea, or air, etc.). Affected orders will be delivered as soon as possible.

Delivery times depend on the order processing and shipping time, and may vary depending on the distribution network provided by the transport agency in each region. At the time of delivery, the customer should not make any payment unless they have chosen cash on delivery, in which case they must pay the order amount, shipping, and the surcharge for this service at the time of receipt.

The delivery times for an order vary for each sale, although under normal conditions, the minimum delivery time for an order placed through before 3:00 PM will be 2 days and the maximum will be 7 working days, depending on the type or class of product and the delivery location. Always striving to adhere to the conditions stated for each type of shipment.

Bioterra offers customers the possibility to register their identification data and shipping addresses to streamline the process for future purchases by simply selecting one of the various addresses they have stored in the system. Furthermore, customers can modify, delete, or add new addresses, as well as review previous orders.

Bioterra does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of possible shipping delays.

The transportation company will attempt to make up to 2 delivery attempts to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to be present at the location provided to Bioterra. If the recipient cannot be located at the specified address in the order, the transportation agency will attempt to contact them to arrange a specific date, time, and location for the second delivery attempt, or alternatively, the delivery will take place on the next business day. If the delivery is still not successful after this attempt, the carrier may return the package to the origin or, in certain cases, delivery can be arranged at the nearest offices of the transportation company, and Bioterra will refund the order amount, deducting the return costs.
