We love what’s good, and explosive blends are just that.
Our almonds are nutritious, versatile, and tasty on their own.
But Pimentón de la Vera is a classic of Spanish and Extremaduran cuisine that reminds us of our childhood, of kitchens with flavorful dishes prepared by our mothers…
And the little flavor that lingers in your mouth afterward, asking for a bit more… because it’s so delicious.
Like fine wines, it’s the perfect ingredient to accompany roasted almonds with a touch of fire, which we cultivate sustainably and non-intensive in our fields in Extremadura, with so much care and respect.
You can enjoy them with a cold drink, vermouth, or a midday glass of wine, or share them as an appetizer with good company when you have guests over at any time.
Healthy for your body and healthy for the planet.
Both Pimentón de la Vera and almonds have an ecological production system that respects the land and the biodiversity that inhabits the production areas.
In 1997—when it wasn’t yet so trendy and not everyone was doing it or boasting about it—we took the plunge and transitioned to organic agriculture.
There were two reasons:
- The land is our mother, and we always want to take better care of it.
- The product gains value because it grows free from an intensive system that uses potentially harmful artificial fertilizers and aggressive herbicides.
And this has an impact on how healthy our food becomes, as it is free from artificial substances and full of what nature itself provides us.

Direct purchase from the producer, zero intermediaries, and fair prices
We joined together in 1990 to work sustainably for the farming families that we are, dedicated to the fields our whole lives.
We don’t participate in auctions or limit ourselves to the rules of large retailers, so you can choose to buy directly from the producer without it affecting your shopping basket. You can rest assured that you’re paying a fair price for premium quality through a more local trade that values well-done work.
This way, the finest Spanish organic almonds, natural and local, arrive at your home for you and your family to enjoy.
