Producers of Spanish Nuts
Bioterra began as a nut processing company in 1990, born from the collaboration of a few almond producers who came together to find alternatives in the agricultural situation of the time and with the intention of directly marketing their products to the end consumer.
Today, we continue to work hard to advocate for the foods of our farmers and the wonderful products of our land.
Over 25 years of organic cultivation
Soon after we started, we realized that we had to cultivate in an environmentally friendly manner, using traditional and sustainable methods, becoming the first company in Spain to embrace organic almond cultivation.
Every year, more farmers have joined our project, and currently, we bring together the majority of almond producers from Extremadura and parts of other producing regions in Spain, who have achieved that initial goal by bringing their products to the market under the Bioterra brand.

Although we are experts in almonds, we have gradually added other nuts to our production, such as hazelnuts and walnuts, as well as dehydrated fruits like 100% Extremadura figs.

From seed to your hands
We are very demanding with our products, which is why we meticulously monitor all their characteristics and processes, from selecting the tree and the soil to the moment they reach your hands.
We market our products under the brands Ñuts for natural products, Bioterra for those from certified organic cultivation, and Bioterra Premium for organic products made with Marcona almonds.
We offer a wide variety of culinary delights, ranging from the fig praline-filled chocolate to almond oil, obtained through first cold pressing.
